All custom strip looks are pre-ordered and made to order.

How long is shipping?

Orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after your tracking number has been issued.

Please note: business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If your order qualifies for signature-required shipping, you will be notified.

PROCESSING TIME

What is processing?

Processing refers to the time needed to create your custom order and prepare it for shipment. Processing times vary based on order volume and the complexity of your selected items.

How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 7–12 business days.

Custom items may require additional time.

How long can I wear my lashes?

With proper care, handmade lash strips can last through multiple wears over several months.

LASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I clean my lash strips?

Use a gentle lash shampoo or mild cleanser.

Lightly brush the lashes with a clean lash brush.

Rinse with distilled water if needed.

Allow lashes to air-dry or dry with a fan on a low, cool setting.

Proper care will help extend the lifespan of your lash strips.

Do you accept custom lash designs or style requests?

ORDER RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the customer is responsible for:

ensuring the delivery address is correct, monitoring tracking updates, being available for delivery or signature if required.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
